Regarding his training, Dr. Beltsos completed his medical studies at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in 1991. Shen then did his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Loyola University Medical Center in 1995, followed by a scholarship. in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri in 1997.

A member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the physician is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG).
