Major Indian cities will be honored by top Irish universities

Mumbai: For the first time after the Covid pandemic, Education in Ireland, the Irish Government’s national brand promoting Irish higher education institutions, will bring together top Irish universities at its Education Roadshow in November, across five cities across India .

In Delhi, the fair will be held on November 19, followed by 4 other major cities: Pune on the 20th, Mumbai on the 23rd, Chennai on the 26th and Bangalore on the 27th. The fairs will offer Indian students a chance to explore study opportunities in Ireland for the 2023-2024 academic year.

Being one of the world’s leading educational hubs, over 6000 Indian students have chosen Ireland as their study abroad destination in 2021 at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. In the same vein, 16 of Ireland’s top institutions will travel to India to invite students from across the country.

Irish universities are ranked among the top 5% in the world for the quality of their education. Ireland is not only renowned for its academic excellence, but also for its “employability rate”, which makes it a life-changing experience for international students. Ireland’s first post-pandemic education roadshow will offer students the opportunity to explore and find the right courses and even career prospects by interacting face-to-face and directly with representatives from higher education institutions Irish. Currently, Ireland hosts over 35,000 students from 160 countries studying in Ireland, including approximately 6,000 students from India.
