Stakeholder management

You will deal with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and work with a range of departments that are all involved in learnings, from talent acquisition to HR operations and reward. As you will create and own the stakeholder communication strategy, excellent communication skills will allow you to coordinate these relationships successfully, as well as ensure that everyone involved is fully informed to carry out our programs.

Accountability

You will empower our managers and apprentices to advance their careers and support new career apprentices. Training learners to believe in their ability to acquire new skills and grow will be at the heart of what you do, as will helping managers develop their apprentices.
