The Indiana Department of Education recently announced a new partnership with Schoolhouse.world to support students in grades 8-12 with free SAT preparation classes, math classes, and grade level classes. advanced.

Schoolhouse.world was started early last year by Indo-American entrepreneur Sal Khan, who is also the founder of Khan Academy, in response to learning disruptions linked to COVID-19. The nonprofit connects students with live small-group tutoring via Zoom at no cost, the statement noted. Tutoring currently focuses on reading, writing, and SAT math, with a mathematical focus on pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, pre-calculus, calculus, and statistics. Support is also available for AP courses including AP Calculus, AP Statistics, AP Chemistry, AP Biology, AP Physics, and AP Computer Science.

In addition to the resources available through Schoolhouse.world, Khan Academy and College Board offer free SAT practice resources. Nationwide, more than 10 million students have registered for free SAT practice through Khan Academy.
