As the northern Idaho real estate market remains competitive, new data provided by the Coeur d’Alene Association of Realtors indicates more opportunities for those looking for housing.

“We are seeing positive signs for home buyers as the past few months have shown modest and continued improvement in available inventory,” said Kristin Johnson, president of the Coeur d’Alene Association of Realtors. “In a competitive market like this, buyers need all the perks they can get, and working with a real estate agent to make the best offer to buy is a smart move.”
