1. University of the People
Founded in 2009 and accredited by the Distance Education Accreditation Commission in February 2014University of the People (UoPeople) is the first non-profit, tuition-free online university in the United States.
It offers three master’s degree programs in business administration, information technology, and education.
You only have to pay a one-time processing fee of $60 and one $300 course evaluation fee. It will cost approx. $3,660 studying for a master’s degree in business administration or a master’s degree in information technology, and $3,960 for a Masters in Education.
2. Curtis Institute of Music
The Curtis Institute of Music The Master of Music program will provide students with a comprehensive musical education covering composition, orchestral instruments, piano, guitar, organ, and opera. They learn with distinguished artist-teachers in private lessons and studio classes.

Although the doctoral school does not offer central funding for master’s candidates, it offers full or partial funding opportunities for specific master’s programs.
The School of Public and International Affairs will cover 100% of the required tuition and fees for students pursuing their Masters in Public Affairs Masters in Public Policy.
